We want you to be delighted with Edunovaa. If you're not, here's exactly what happens.
Any new subscription can be refunded pro-rata within the first 7 days, no questions asked. Email refunds@edunovaa.com from your registered address.
You can pause your plan for up to 8 weeks per year. Paused weeks don't count toward your billing cycle.
Unused class credits roll over for one term. After that, they expire.
If Edunovaa cancels a scheduled class, we credit you the full class value automatically within 24 hours.
Approved refunds land in your bank account within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.
Diagnostic assessments and one-time workshops are non-refundable once delivered.
