Edunovaa Limited is a Indian company (RC 1234567) with registered office at Bandra, Mumbai. We operate the Edunovaa tutoring platform.
Account data (name, email, phone), payment records, class attendance and performance data, and technical data (device, IP, browser). For students under 18 we require verified parental consent.
To deliver classes and progress reports, process Rupees payments, send exam reminders, improve our tutors and platform, and meet legal obligations.
Only with the tutors assigned to your child, our payment processors (Razorpay, UPI), and analytics providers under strict contracts. We do not sell student data — ever.
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@edunovaa.com and we'll respond within 15 working days.
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is limited to trained staff on a need-to-know basis.
